Leadership Circle Profile 360
The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is a 360-degree assessment that provides a holistic view of leadership effectiveness by measuring both behaviors and underlying beliefs.
Unlike traditional personality tests, it focuses on the leader's inner world (beliefs, assumptions) and outer world (behaviors) through a circular diagram, categorizing them as either "Creative" (top half) or "Reactive" (bottom half) tendencies, and separating them into "Relationship" (left) and "Task" (right) orientations.
The LCP helps leaders identify how their strengths can become limitations and how to transform reactive tendencies into more creative, effective leadership patterns.

DISC Personality Test
A DiSC profile assessment is a personality assessment tool that measures behavioral styles based on four primary traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.
It helps individuals and teams improve self-awareness, understand others' behaviors, enhance communication, and become more productive by identifying one's tendencies in four key areas: how one responds to challenges, influences others, their preferred pace, and how they respond to rules.
The DiSC assessment helps leaders understand their behavioral style and how they interact with others.
